At Royal Graphic Studio, we’re committed to delivering your artwork quickly, securely, and hassle-free. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Free Shipping – Lower 48 USA
We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 U.S. states via FedEx®. In some cases, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your artwork.
Our products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
Order Processing Times

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed by 12:00 PM Central Time are processed the same business day.

Processing Time: 2–4 business days

Shipping Time: 4–12 business days after processing
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 2–4 business days. You can use this number to track the delivery status through FedEx.
Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives visibly damaged:

Take clear photos of the damaged box and/or product immediately.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@royalgraphicstudio.com or call us at (504) 679-3230.

In some cases, we may ask for photo or video confirmation before issuing a replacement.

Live video verification (FaceTime or phone call) is also available to confirm damage and assist with next steps.
We are happy to replace any item damaged in transit free of charge.
